Dates & Information
In a world that moves ever faster, where distraction, restlessness and fear often define our days and our lives, this “Hatha Yoga Bien Tempéré” retreat offers a sanctuary, a space to slow down, to listen, to return to the essence of being. This retreat is an invitation to harmonize breath and posture as one, unlocking the transformative power of conscious stillness and deep presence.
12 – 15 June 2025
Here, Yoga is not a performance but a lived experience. The breath, a bridge between the body and the subtler dimensions of existence, becomes the weaving thread. Each posture is approached as an inner exploration, presenting an opportunity to balance effort and ease, engagement and surrender. Through this practice, the body is strengthened and liberated and the mind attuned to the quiet wisdom that arises when breath and movement align seamlessly, resulting in peaceful awareness.
Beyond physical form, this retreat is a return to the vital energy that animates and sustains us, inviting us to reconnect with our deeper, unexplored resources. Balancing vitality and discharge through the rhythm of the practice, cellular optimism is generated, body is rejuvenated, mind is invigorated.
This immersive experience welcomes practitioners of all levels who seek a meaningful connection to their practice. Whether you are new to Hatha Yoga or well-seasoned in its discipline, the Eva Ruchpaul method provides a Well – Tempered personalized Yoga practice, adapted to the possibilities of the practitioner and to the circumstances of the time of practice.
