Chef Katridis returned to Aegina, the place where he was born and raised, to contribute to the island’s gastronomic scene, adding his personal touch; carefully selected, pure ingredients treated with respect and love in order to create premium dishes.
Our philosophy embraces zero waste. Εvery single ingredient, from a vegetable to a main protein, is used in our cuisine in a creative way in order to elevate your senses in an authentic manner.
Apart from the À la carte Menu, the Chef has prepared 3 Degustation Menus (galini [serenity] / pelagos [ocean] / gaia [earth]) for all those who want to discover new gastronomic trends, with the proposed combinations of dishes.
